(FeaturedNews.com) – When Odin Frost was first diagnosed with severe autism as a toddler, his parents had been told that their child would not make it to adulthood. However, the doctor could not be more wrong as his parents, Tim and Deanda, found out.

In fact, Frost, who is now 20 years old did not only manage to stay alive, but he has become an internet star after meeting and befriending pro skater Tony Hawk and traveling across the world to show that “nothing is impossible.”

Tim told Yahoo Life that people like his son Odin, have often been “left out of conversations because of his disability.” He added that in reality, Odin was capable of understanding everything that was taking place around him and that his neurons just communicated through a pattern that is different from the one most people use to communicate. However, he added that “there’s no disability that can stop Odin from seeing the world.”

In recent years, Tim and Deanda have decided to act as “our son’s voice,” by showing all of the different milestones he has hit in order to help inspire other families whose children might have special needs.

On March 8, the family also shared side-by-side photos of them posing in front of the Alamo in San Antonio Texas. As Time wrote in the caption it had been close to 20 years since they first visited his sister in San Antonio. In one of the two photos, a toddler-aged Odin can be seen in a stroller next to his mother. The duo also appears in the other photo, only in the present day.

The post led to many commenters writing about how much joy the photo brought them and how wonderful it was to see the family traveling together.
