Amber Heard AFFAIR Bombshell – It Gets Worse?
(FeaturedNews.com) – The highly publicized Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation trial is dragging other high-profile names into the fight. The Independent notes Heard’s lawyer accused Depp of being “obsessed” with Elon Musk during opening statements. Depp said previously that he thought Heard had an affair with the Tesla CEO during their marriage. Musk did receive a subpoena to provide all communications between him and Heard discussing Depp, but Alex Spiro, Musk’s attorney, told Fox News the new Twitter owner would not testify in court.

Fox News reported that court documents outline an alleged affair between the Tesla CEO and Heard only a month into her marriage with Depp. Musk was at the couple’s home while the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star was out of town for work. He had access to the parking garage for the building and could enter the home via the private penthouse elevator. The court documents claim Musk first began coming to the house shortly after the incident in which Depp alleges Heard threw a vodka bottle at him, severing his finger.
Vanity Fair reported that the relationship between the two began after Heard filed for divorce in May 2016, but it “didn’t become romantic until some time later.”
The Independent explains that the SpaceX CEO came into this mess because of a charitable donation agreement in the couple’s divorce settlement. Depp claims Heard didn’t make the payments as agreed, but Heard’s attorney noted that Musk donated on her behalf. If Depp’s attorney can prove the affair occurred during their marriage, the news could tip the scales against Heard for good.
