(FeaturedNews.com) – Texas Gov. Greg Abbott alleged that President Biden was violating federal law by refusing to enforce immigration statuses that already existed on the books. He further pointed out that Biden had been giving “mass parole” to foreign nationals who had entered the country illegally.
On Monday evening, during an appearance on “Hannity,” Abbot argued that both Border Patrol members and the Border Patrol council had informed Texas officials that they supported them when it came to their actions in installing razor-wire fencing at a state-owned park located along the Eagle Pass border.
Abbot argued that the Border Patrol officers did not want to be involved at all in the razor wire being brought down. He added that this was because of one single reason, it was because they knew that the fencing was working.
He continued by noting that Border Patrol had previously spoken about how the Texas administration’s actions had worked to secure the U.S. border which was making their jobs a lot easier. He then pointed out that they were only facing resistance regarding this from President Joe Biden.
The Texas governor proceeded to argue that Biden was assisting in the illegal entry of foreign nationals into the country and was violating the federal law that was already in place. He further pointed out that he was not living up to his duty of denying illegal entry into the country through the border. As he noted, this has resulted in Texas needing to fend for itself in protecting the border.
