(FeaturedNews.com) – On late Saturday, the Biden campaign slammed former President Donald Trump over his recent comments during a campaign rally that immigrants were “poisoning the blood” of the United States, arguing that these comments were similar to those made by Adolf Hitler.
During the campaign rally in Durham, New Hampshire, Trump praised a number of world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Following those statements, Ammar Moussa, the spokesperson of the Biden-Harris 2024 campaign argued that Trump had “channeled his role models” in his remarks which is why he had made comments parroting Hitler while offering praise to the two authoritarian leaders. Mousa pointed out that Trump’s comments were showing his intention to use detection camps to lock up millions of people, while also perpetuating the lies that Joe Biden had not won the election by over 7 million votes last year.
Trump is the frontrunner of the Republican primary race, leading by double digits. This has also meant that he is the candidate most likely to face Biden in the general election in November. This could mean that the 2024 election might end up being a rematch of the 2020 presidential election.
During his comments in New Hampshire, Trump once again expressed his fondness for some of the world leaders that he viewed to be anti-democratic and authoritarian. Trump has also threatened that if he wins back the White House, then his political opponents might face vengeance.
