(FeaturedNews.com) – On Wednesday, President Joe Biden had mocked a reporter who had shouted a question at him after he landed in Philadelphia. The reporter had questioned whether Biden was intending to serve a full second term in office. In response, Biden had proceeded to ask the reporter whether he was alright or if he was hurt.
Biden proceeded to pause and point to the reporter who had asked him whether he intended to serve a full four-year term or if he would be handing over power to Vice President Kamala Harris. New York Post reporter Steven Nelson could be heard in the audio from the exchange asking if it was possible for Biden to come closer to the assembled media members just in order for him to answer some questions.
Biden had not gotten closer to the media, but had in response to that question asked whether the reporter had “fallen on their head or something?” Biden was joined in the interaction by Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) and Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.).
The 81-year-old president has over the last few months faced a lot of concerns relating to his age with many people questioning whether he is in a position to serve another four years in the White House. If Biden wins in the 2024 presidential election, he will be 86 years old by the time his second term comes to an end.
In February when Harris had been asked if she was up for the job, she had responded by stating that she is “ready to serve.”
