The newest video to go viral on TikTok shows the interaction between a toddler and a German shepherd. The video was captured by new mom Jessica Berlin from Louisiana and it showed her son playing with their family dog on August 2.
In the video the German shepherd Bang can be seen running around the room, followed by the toddler who also proceeds to run around the dog. The toddler is laughing hysterically throughout the video as he reaches out and playfully touches the dog.
The German shepherd seemed equally amused as he was jumping around, ran away from the toddler, and quickly returned for more games. The games continued for some time until eventually, the dog laid down to rest for a bit, while the child continued laughing.
Other videos posted on Berlin’s account show the incredible bond that her toddler and dog share. It is a bond that has left many TikTok users gushing and seeking out their content.
German shepherds are considered some of the most well-behaved dogs and best-performing dogs in the temperament test.
It is currently the fourth most popular dog breed in the United States. Previously it had taken both spots number 2 and number 3 in 2019 and 2020.
