(FeaturedNews.com) – Nikki Haley, a contender in the Republican presidential primary, took a playful jab at former President Donald Trump by sharing an image of a satirical Halloween costume on X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter. The costume, dubbed “Weakest General Election Candidate Ever,” humorously included items such as “$50M in legal fees,” “terrible poll numbers,” along with “social media rants” and “temper tantrums,” while specifically mentioning the absence of a “private jet” and “Diet Coke.”

In her post, Haley suggested that Democrats would relish the opportunity to compete against Donald Trump in the election, citing his legal issues, poor polling figures, and erratic behavior as factors that would potentially lead to a Democratic win.

This commentary aligns with a recent poll conducted by Bloomberg News/Morning Consult, indicating that 53% of swing state voters would be hesitant to support Trump if he were found guilty in any of his ongoing legal battles.

Despite Haley’s critique, she faces her own challenges, notably lagging behind Trump by a significant margin in South Carolina, her home state and where she once served as governor. A poll by Monmouth University-Washington Post revealed that 58% of potential Republican primary voters in South Carolina favor Trump, compared to 32% who support Haley.

Trump, not one to shy away from responding to political adversaries, took to Truth Social to warn against supporting Haley. He declared that any contributions to Haley would result in being “permanently barred from the MAGA camp,” emphasizing his “America First” stance and his intention to maintain loyalty within his support base.
