(FeaturedNews.com) – Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton trolled former President Donald Trump following the news about his indictment, which includes several federal charges all relating to his handling of classified documents after leaving the White House in 2021. The documents included in this case were recovered by the FBI from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, Florida.
In September 2022, Clinton stated that investigators had not found any classified emails on her private email server. However, that was not true, as a 2018 government report had specifically noted that 193 classified emails were sent to or from Clinton’s server. The FBI also investigated her private email server in 2015 to determine what classified information had been held there.
Then-FBI Director James Comey had publicly remarked that Clinton mishandled classified information, however, he had not stated whether following the investigation they would recommend that she be prosecuted. The Justice Department at the time had opted not to prosecute her.
Following Trump’s indictment announcement on Thursday, Clinton took to Twitter on Friday morning to promote her merchandise that features the phrase, “BUT HER EMAILS.” Specifically in her post, she stated that they were bringing this back for a limited time because of the recent news.
The “BUT HER EMAILS Collection” of items includes mugs, shirts, hats, and even stickers. Those who want to acquire one of these limited edition designs could purchase them through the website where the prices range from $12 to $32.
One Twitter user was quick to criticize Clinton for her Twitter post, pointing out that gloating for getting away with committing the same crime as Trump was “egregious.”
