Kimberly Guilfoyle Attacked for Wearing This to Trump Wedding
Kimberly Guilfoyle has received backlash online after choosing to wear a black dress to Tiffany Trump and Michael Boulos’ wedding this past weekend. Donald Trump’s daughter, 29, married the business executive, 25, on November 12th on the former president’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
While Hurricane Nicole could have caused a delay in the wedding, Trump confirmed that the event proceeded as originally planned. He also added that they are “a beautiful couple”
and that he was happy to see them together. In his post on Truth Social, he congratulated not only the couple, but also Tiffany’s mother Marla Maples, for her work in bringing their daughter up.
Guilfoyle, an advisor to Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign and the fiancé of Trump’s eldest son, has been criticized for her choice of clothes for the event.
Jon Cooper, former Suffolk County legislator pointed out that people don’t tend to wear black to a wedding.
Another person responded by saying that black is for mourning and is not the look that most brides would like to have at their wedding. Many even called it disrespectful.
Melania Trump, Donald Trump’s wife, was also blasted for her dress as the color resembled white too closely according to some observers.
