1 Dead, 17 Injured in INSANE Rampage
(FeaturedNews.com) – An argument between a mother and son allegedly set off a string of events that would end with two people dead and a man in jail. Pennsylvania State Police stated that on August 13, Adrian Oswaldo Sura Reyes drove his Honda Accord into a crowd of people following a fight with his mom. Afterward, he reportedly returned to his mother’s home and killed her.
The 24-year-old left his house in Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, allegedly upset at his mother, and drove two miles away to Berwick. He saw people outside a bar called the Intoxicology Department. A group was there holding a fundraiser for a family that had recently lost its home to a fire. After driving past the site, the suspect reportedly turned around and rammed his car into the crowd, killing one person, Rebecca L. Reese, and injuring 17 others, of which five remain in critical condition.

Sura Reyes fled the scene and returned to his residence, where reports say he slammed his car into his mother. Then, he apparently jumped out and used a hammer to smash her head, causing fatal injuries. Officers arrived shortly after and arrested him. He told authorities he was tired of the fights with his mom.
Reyes is facing two counts of homicide, but additional charges are possible as the investigation is ongoing. He remains in the Columbia County Correctional Facility without bail. Authorities ask anyone with video or pictures from the crash site in Berwick to contact the Pennsylvania State Police in Shickshinny or Bloomsburg.
