(FeaturedNews.com) – Harper Cadman, 15, who was allegedly heading home to California from Denver International Airport never made it back. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reported that the last time the girl had been seen was on Jan. 30 during her layover at the Denver International Airport.

In its announcement, the center pointed out that Harper had never boarded her flight to return to California and was believed to still be in the Colorado area, and specifically in Boulder or Denver. The organization proceeded to note that the last time she had been seen was at around 8:27 a.m. when her layover flight had landed in Denver.

Ari Petronelli, the girl’s mother, took to Facebook to write a heartfelt message about the disappearance of her daughter. In it, she pointed out that she had never thought she would be called to make a missing flier for her child, but that if there was one thing that the last year had taught her it was that life did not always make sense.

Petronelli proceeded to state that her daughter had been making her way home from Montana but that she had never boarded her connecting flight to California with United Airlines. As she shared, her daughter had been in Montana to participate in a mental health treatment center.

Cadman has been described as having black dyed hair, and blue eyes, weighing around 115 pounds, and is 5’7.” She was also noted to have a tattoo on her waist and her middle finger, as well as braces.
