(FeaturedNews.com) – On Saturday, former President Donald Trump had another court victory against the Pulitzer Prize board which had filed a motion to have his defamation lawsuit dismissed.
Trump had originally filed the lawsuit against the Pulitzer Prize Board for perpetuating the misinformation regarding the Russian collusion hoax by awarding liberal media reporters. Florida Circuit Court Judge Robert L. Pegg dismissed the board’s motion to have the case dismissed.
Following the decision, Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to note that while at his campaign rally in Michigan, he had heard that Pegg had issued a powerful decision on that day ruling against the Pulitzer Prize Board which had been attempting to have the defamation lawsuit that Trump had filed against them dismissed.
He argued that the Judge had specifically stated that it had been proven that the stories had been debunked despite being awarded the Prizes. He added that the judge had not allowed Pulitzer to use the Times v. Sullivan case in order to hide behind it. He noted that this case had been from a bygone era when the media had not yet gone woke or been radicalized.
In a subsequent post, Trump celebrated the failed narratives of the Democrats and argued that they were falling down like a “rotten house of cards.” This included the stories about the Russian hoax, Russia, Ukraine, the election interference witch hunt, and the impeachment cases against him. He proceeded to state that he is “PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN.”
