(FeaturedNews.com) – Former president Donald Trump has alleged that the Democrats and the Biden administration are already trying to sabotage the GOP come 2024.
In a Truth Social post on Wednesday Morning, only two days after the release of U.S. special counsel John Durham’s final report that showed that the FBI had not had enough evidence to launch the investigation into Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, Trump stated that he was framed by both the FBI and the Department of Justice.
He proceeded to argue that he was being now framed in connection to the “BOXES HOAX, THE ‘PERFECT’ PHONE CALL IN ATLANTA, THE MANHATTAN D.A., AND THE NEW YORK STATE A.G. SCAM.” He then argued that all of these cases report back to the Department of Justice.
In a subsequent post on his social media platform, Trump argued that the FBI director James Comey was once again doing this all again and that they are trying to use law enforcement agencies against Republicans, and more specifically, against him.
Following the release of the report, many Republicans have also criticized the FBI and their investigation. These include Senator Lindsey Graham, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, and former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, all of whom have claimed that the FBI case is one of “weaponized corruption.”
Steve Bannon, a former White House adviser during the Trump administration, called out the report asking why there were no charges connected to it, especially considering he had four years for the probe and had spent $6 million on it.
