(FeaturedNews.com) – Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social, his social media platform, to threaten that legal action could be brought forward against President Joe Biden.
In the post, Trump questioned why Biden had not told the “Injustice Department” to file the legal cases against Trump three years ago, but had instead opted to file all the lawsuits while he was in the middle of this third presidential campaign. He added that Biden had set a “BAD precedent” that should not have been set as the same thing could end up happening to Biden.
Trump proceeded to say that had the cases been brought forward against him three years ago then they would have already been tried and done with, however Biden who he called a “SleazeBag” had opted to have the cases be filed right before the election cycle.
Trump has been indicted four times so far, with two state charges and two federal criminal cases. One of the federal cases against him relates to the alleged mishandling of classified documents after he left office in 2021. According to the case, Trump had kept the classified documents in his Mar-a-Lago estate and had refused to return them. The second case relates to the 2020 presidential election. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges and has maintained that he has committed no wrongdoings. He has further argued that the prosecution is attempting to block his chances of winning back the White House.
