Unknown Aircraft Enters Biden’s Airspace

(FeaturedNews.com) – On Saturday, a civilian aircraft was reported by the Secret Service to have entered the restricted airspace that is close to the Delaware home of President Joe Biden.

Anthony Guglielmi, the spokesperson of the Secret Service released a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, in which he stated that the incident had occurred on Saturday at 2 p.m.. when a civilian aircraft had entered the restricted space. He added that as a precaution, assets were sent to intercept the aircraft which ended up safely landing at an airport nearby.

The statement continues to note that the incident which did not impact the movements of the protectees is being investigated by United States Secret Service agents as well as the Federal Aviation Administration.

Guglielmi noted in his release that following the violation near Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, a helicopter and fighter aircraft had been sent to escort the aircraft to fly out of the restricted area. The assets were sent to the location as soon as the aircraft was detected.

President Joe Biden has a home in Wilmington, Delaware. Delaware, which is his home state, was also the state that he had served in as a vice president before serving in the Obama administration as Vice President and later on winning the White House in 2020.

The Wilmington home has come under scrutiny lately after it was revealed that several classified documents from Biden’s time as vice president and Senator were discovered in the residence in January.
