(FeaturedNews.com) – On Saturday, President Joe Biden made his latest gaffe during a speech at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s annual Legislative conference when he misstated rapper LL Cool J’s name.
While at the Phoenix Awards dinner hosted by the foundation, Biden honored those who received the annual award given to people who have made an important contribution to society. One of the recipients to win the award this year was LL Cool J; however, President Biden had misstated his name during the reception.
The event resulted in many users online criticizing Biden for the mistake. Biden, during the speech, had called the rapper “LL J Cool J.” This latest gaffe is only added to all of Biden’s recent gaffes, which have resulted in many Americans questioning whether he has the mental ability and capacity to serve another term in office.
A recent CBS/YouGov poll shows that only 34 percent of American voters support Biden serving another term in office. However, 55 percent of voters appear to believe that former President Donald Trump would be able to serve a second term.
Tim Murtaugh, Trump’s ex-communications director, pointed out that if anyone other than Trump had said this, the media would have been outraged, but now they would just let it slide.
Jay Buffakil, an X user, wrote that Biden would be seen as a nice old man in a sane world. However, this is not the world in which we currently live, as the U.S. president is the one that is old.
