(FeaturedNews.com) – The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office has charged Judy Kline, 54 following a viral video in which she could be seen harassing a family and breaking into their home over a year ago. On Wednesday Kline was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree property damage, and unlawful use of a weapon, however, she is not yet in police custody.

The crimes occurred on Jan. 5, 2022, at the home of Fatima Suarez’s family, where according to the police statement Kline had knocked on the family home’s front door and had a hammer in hand. In the video, the woman can be seen going to the back of the home where she then allegedly used the hammer to break the basement door window and then destroyed a dryer.

Kline had originally been arrested for the break-in but had been later released according to a St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department spokesman.

Suarez shared the video that was captured from their home’s Ring doorbell camera to Social Media. In the video Kline could be seen yelling, looking through the family’s mail, and shouting racist comments. In an interview with ABC News, Suarez said she had shared the video because she had previously seen stories regarding incidents like this on social media and had thought someone might have helped them with it. She added that she had never anticipated that the video would go viral but stated that she was hoping that there would be actions taken regarding this situation.
