(FeaturedNews.com) – On Monday, National Security Council spokesman Adm. John Kirby [Ret.], took the White House podium to discuss the recent leak of confidential documents online which has led to a big controversy about the “highly classified” defense material that had been posted online.

The New York Times was the first source to report about the leaked material which appears to contain intelligence information on China, the Middle East, Israel, and South Korea. There were also a number of documents that dealt with the Russia-Ukraine war, with some documents even assessing Ukraine’s military position.

Former Trump White House counselor Kellyanne Conway stated that Kirby’s job as the ombudsman, in this case, is tough, but still, Kirby did not sound like he was trying to conceal sensitive information rather he sounded like he did not have a lot of information to provide. Conway specifically stated that “There is a man long on words today, very short on information.” She added that he appeared to be “worried” as if he is someone that does not have the answers that the public was looking for.

Conway also praised the press for pushing to get the information they needed regarding this unprecedented leak. She added that while the Biden administration has been blasting former President Donald Trump for the classified documents found in his Mar-a-Lago estate, they do not appear to be able to keep any of their documents from being leaked.
