(FeaturedNews.com) – On Sunday, former President Donald Trump visited the U.S. southern border to deliver a speech targeting the border policies of President Joe Biden while vowing to bring back many of his border policies.

During an earlier appearance on Saturday night at Fort Dodge, Iowa Trump stated that on the first day that he would be back in the White House he would put an end to all of the open-borders policy that the Biden administration followed. He added that he was going to put a stop to the invasion of the southern border while also starting the biggest “deportation operation” in U.S. history.

Trump during his visit to Texas served the National Guard troopers, soldiers, and others stationed at the border during Thanksgiving meals. On Sunday afternoon, he also appeared with Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott who has often supported the construction of a border wall in his state.

In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday Abbott stated that Texas was the only state in the country to have constructed its own border wall. He added that until the Biden administration took action to secure the border, Texas was going to continue taking steps in order to keep the country protected.

Following the announcement of his 2024 presidential campaign, Trump had put forward dozens of Agenda47 policies that are going to be addressing the mass-migration crisis at the U.S. border. He has also previously vowed to vet all legal immigrants entering the country, and has even stated that they would be screened to ensure that no “Christian-hating communists and Marxists” or other dangerous individuals were entering the country.
