(FeaturedNews.com) – Host Bill Maher during his show “Real Time” defended President Joe Biden over the pile of viral videos featuring his gaffes which aimed to show Biden being weak. However, Maher maintained that the President was still able to do the job.
During a panel discussion on Friday, Maher stated that there were many different clips that conservatives were sharing that dated to different events, including the G7 Summit, fundraisers, the Juneteenth concert, and D-Day commemorations. He pointed out in the one from D-Day that Biden is just sitting down, which is something a lot of people do in church. He then proceeded to show the video from the meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte, where First Lady Jill Biden was also present. In that video Biden had been accused of “pooping his pants” however Maher maintained that while Biden was second in the polls that was certainly not the case.
In the Juneteenth video, Biden is accused of having frozen up, however as Maher pointed out the President is 82 so he should not be dancing like everyone else because then he would look like an idiot.
The comedian went on to say that there are no grounds for Biden being criticized for “wandering off like a mental patient” in other incidents and argued that the Democrats needed to find a way to communicate that the President is mentally present. He added that they needed to show Americans that while Biden is old he has not lost his mental abilities. He added that Biden can still do the job.
