(FeaturedNews.com) – On Thursday, former President Donald Trump slammed Fox News after the network released a recent survey that showed him to have fallen behind President Joe Biden nationally for the first time.
According to the newly published survey, Biden is leading the race with 50 percent of respondents stating that they will vote in his favor in the upcoming election, while around 48 percent stated the same for Trump. Last month, Trump had been leading in a similar poll by 1 point while Trump was trailing behind him.
Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to slam the poll and argued that it is “TRASH.” He continued by stating that the poll was completely biased and that the sample voters they had asked had been in their majority Democrat-leaning, which is why the results are skewed in favor of Biden. He added that out of those interviewed, there had been more people who had voted for Biden than Trump in the last election.
He added that in every other poll he is leading, including those polls that are specifically targeting swing states, including Wisconsin where he recently had a massive rally. Trump also accused Fox News of never treating him or his MAGA movement fairly but argued that despite this he would still win. He added that the network needed to replace its pollster with a new one.
This is the first time that Biden has managed to have results over the 50 percent mark in any presidential cycle. It is also the first time that he is ahead of Trump since October.
