(FeaturedNews.com) – TikTok has really become the place where good deeds and smart solutions have been going viral. The video posted on Twitter by TikTok user @itskylie94 showcases the new offices that their boss had created at work to replicate a work-from-home setup. Since being posted with the caption: “When the boss builds everyone their own tiny house as offices,” the video has received more than 15.7 million views.
As is clearly shown in the video there is a series of small houses that have within them desks for the employees to use. Each home also has plants and patches of green making them really appear like little homes.
The original poster added that each little house is different and it matches the personality of the person to whom it belongs. She also said that the house numbers were the birthdays of each employee.
According to a McKinsey & Company and agency Ipsos survey, out of the 25,062 American adults aged 18 and older who responded to the questions, 58 percent said that they were allowed to work from home at least once a week. Thirty-five percent also noted that they were given the option of working from home five days a week.
The survey also found that 87 percent of workers who were able to take advantage of a work-from-home policy chose to work from home at least three days a week. The study included respondents from a wide range of demographics, occupations, and geographies.
According to the survey, flexible working arrangements were the third most popular thing that employees would look for when looking for new jobs.
