(FeaturedNews.com) – A new lawsuit from the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has shown that there are more than 5,300 documents and emails that contain the various pseudonyms used by Joe Biden during his time serving as Vice President in the Obama administration.

On Monday, the organization had sued for access to all of the Biden vice presidential communications and records that were connected to these three email accounts: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected].

The House Republicans leading the investigation into the Biden family have stated that these were pseudonyms that Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden had frequently used in their communications. In the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in 2022, the SLF had requested access to the records, but their request was never fulfilled.

However, as part of the lawsuit NARA had confirmed that there were more than 5,000 potential documents that would fit the request made. In an email from June 24, 2022, they revealed that after searching their records they found around 200 pages of responsive records, 25 electronic files, and 5,138 emails that would fit the request. They add that these numbers are an estimate and that it is possible that not all of the documents processed are actually applicable to this specific request. The Archival Operations Division staff was going to review the request filed and determine the best way to proceed, as such the request was being placed in a queue based on the date that it was received by NARA.
