(FeaturedNews.com) – On Monday, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) stated during an interview with “Just the News No Noise” on Real America’s Voice that a possible impeachment vote on President Joe Biden would be disastrous for House Republicans.

Huckabee stated that House Republicans should not attempt to impeach Biden until they had the support of some Democrats in the House. The impeachment inquiry against Biden was opened in September by former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and is focused on the Biden family’s foreign business activities.

Huckabee pointed out that it would also be a “mistake” if they attempted to move forward with the impeachment before they managed to gather any further information. He added that there was no point in going through with impeachment in the House if they knew that the impeachment would not go through the Senate.

Huckabee said that the Republicans should focus on other things, such as the upcoming elections until they manage to get at least a few Democrats to agree with them that President Biden was “hopelessly corrupt.” He proceeded to say that in the meantime they can keep investigating to find more information that connects Biden with the business deals made by his family members, as well as connections between him and the Communist Chinese Party.

Huckabee also noted that it was important for them to keep showing to people that they were better off when former President Donald Trump was president and that since President Biden took control, things have been going worse.
