(FeaturedNews.com) – President Joe Biden’s daughter has her own income tax troubles, as it was reported by The Post in a document that Ashley Biden owed around $5,000 in income taxes.
The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s Philadelphia County office had first told Ashley, 42, about the $5,079.44 tax lien on her property through a notification notice at the start of the month. These liens are placed when the government is trying to take back the money that they have not received due to taxes remaining unpaid. In the case of Ashley Biden, there are two liens on her property after she had failed to pay her income taxes in 2015, during her father’s time serving as Vice President, and then in 2021 during the time that her father was serving as the U.S. President.
On both of those occasions, Ashley has attempted to evade $1,691 and $1,956 in tax payments. As a result of her failure to pay she was given $2,736 and $2,249 in liens, and she was also called to handle a filing fee of $94.44 as per the Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas filing.
Ashley Biden, who is the youngest child of President Biden, has recently made the news over her partying habits, and the theft of her diaries, which resulted in many people making jokes about her father during the 2020 election.
In August 2022, two Florida residents had pleaded guilty to having stolen the diary which allegedly included several very personal entries.
